A Sekt for slow afternoons. From Nobling — a regional speciality of Baden, in Germany’s southernmost wine region on the Rhine between Switzerland and France. Bred in 1939 from Silvaner and Chasselas, the grape is almost never grown outside this small corner of the country. Pure Nobling, hand-harvested, biodynamic, fermented on native yeasts, then taken into bottle for its second fermentation. Light, low in alcohol, dry, with a soft mousse — for an aperitif on a hot day.

Delicate in colour, with a light lemongrass hue.
On the nose, apricot, pear and peach.
On the palate, peach and apple, lifted by a hint of green tea and white blossom.
